This was a fun shoot, all with a Canon XH-A1, live at the Arnold Palmer Invitational in Orlando. The decision to shoot the formal portion of the interviews with the founders was done on the fly with no tripod or mic stand, so I’m balancing the camera on a wobbly table with the mic clamped to a telescoping rod from the swimming pool supplies forked in the panels of a lawn chair… Classy.
Considering the last-minute setup and the fact that we had to break every 3 minutes for the blimp to fly overhead, we’re all happy with the results.
